Making a Stand for the Newton:

Buy a clear-plastic 'sign-holder' from an office supplier e.g. Staples in UK. This item is labelled 88mm x 127mm,
Staples Part Number: 318519, described as 3.5" x 5". The item is not in their catalog, nor on the www site, but is listed in their in-store data-base. It has a shelf number: 69401SWE-WE, and bar-code number: 7991601555.

	Boil water in pan and reduce to half-heat.	Immerse end of plastic for 30 secs.
When the fold starts to soften, gently pull apart the faces.	Heat again for 30 secs ...	... and keep flexing when its soft.
Don't use force, or it will crack.	One more session ...	... to shape the back-rest.
When cool, add rubber feet. Supports OMP, MP120, 130.	Trim excess plastic to make a smaller stand for the MP2K.	Total construction time, about 30 minutes.
